Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and parts (if applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items (unless they arrived damaged or defective).

  • Products marked as non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
